RUGMARK BALASHRYA (Inaugurated on 31 Oct 1996)
RUGMARK Foundation India provides formal and vocational education and takes care for former child labourers in its rehabilitation centre -'Balashrya' in the carpet belt of Uttar Pradesh.
- Balashrya is a shelter, an abode for children freed from carpet weaving through the RUGMARK inspection system.
- Children are provided free boarding and lodging along with free education, vocational training, uniforms,text and note-books.
- An integrated project providing children with care, understanding, education and vocational training.
- An attempt to enable these children develop a healthy attitude towards society and life.
The local children are also enrolled as day-scholars. This helps Balashraya kids to interact, and find a friendly environment in the company of local students who stay with their families.
At BALAHSHRYA emphasis is laid on:

- Physical and spiritual activities
At BALASHRYA Vocational training is provided in the following Professions:
- Carpentry
- Tailoring
- Sign board painting
- Carpet weaving
